The Interact Club: Nurturing Life-Long Learners

Good Shepherd Convent Composite PU College, Mysuru believes that ‘Education is much beyond academics and the only way for students to be successful in this fast challenging world is by being ‘Life Long Learners.’ We wanted the students to gain an awareness of their surroundings and the community. Community service projects enabled them to understand and know their responsibility towards the society. The regular house visits, visit to the orphanages and hospitals, awakened in the students their sense of social responsibilities and become contributors to the growth of society. It is only involving oneself into the struggle of others we learn to uphold and appreciate our life and help those who are marginalized and less fortunate.
